Liam Farley

Mr. Farley is a Managing Director for Proterra Investment Partners where he helps direct Proterra’s investments in the M&M sector.

Prior to Proterra, Mr. Farley worked at QGIAM, an African focused private equity manager as the Senior Manager Mining Investments, Director. Prior thereto, Mr. Farley worked for CD Capital Ltd, a natural resources focused private equity manager, as Technical Director overseeing the raising and investment of over $600 million of capital into the mining industry. Mr. Farley also has operating and commercial experience as a geologist in both Russia and Australia within the oil & gas and mining industries having worked for Schlumberger and BHP Billiton across a range of commodities and stages of assets.

Mr. Farley has a Masters of Geology International (MGeol Intl) from the University of Leeds (first class with honors) and a Masters of Science in Finance from the University of Wales.
