David Wente

David Wente has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In their most recent role at Proterra Inc, they served as the Director of Supply Chain Operations. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Operations at TOPS Products LLC. David also held the position of Field Associate at Atlas Holdings LLC. At NPX ONE, they served as the Director of Business Integration.

Before their roles in management, David gained experience in different positions at GE Aviation, GE, and GE Power & Water. David started their career as an intern at Johns Manville and Mercury Solar Systems. David also worked as a Program Coordinator-Intern at Verify.

Throughout their career, David has demonstrated expertise in operations, supply chain management, and business integration.

David Wente completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Science & Engineering with a concentration in Metallurgy and a minor in Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2009 to 2013. In 2014 and 2015, they pursued coursework towards a Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at Penn State University. Prior to their undergraduate education, David attended New Canaan High School from 2006 to 2009.
