Nora Kamal, MPS, PHR has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Nora is currently working at Proterra Inc as the Director of HR Shared Services, Benefits, and Compliance. Nora also handled marketing and promotional materials for wellness programs.

Nora Kamal, MPS, PHR has a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations, which they obtained from Penn State University between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, General at the University of South Florida from 2006 to 2009.

In terms of additional certifications, Nora Kamal is a Certified Extended DISC Facilitator, which they obtained from Extended DISC® in January 2022. Furthermore, they hold the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), which they obtained in July 2019.
