Alicia Andrew has been in the game industry since 2004. Alicia began their career as an Artist at Public Games, where they created low poly prop models and character and prop concepts, as well as a Flash based game. In 2006, they moved to Critical Mass Interactive as an Artist, where they were responsible for texturing, concepts, low poly models, setdec/level design, illustrations, and more. From 2010-2012, Alicia held multiple roles. Alicia was an Instructor at Gemini School of Visual Arts, teaching students texturing and Photoshop, and a Lead Artist at Sneaky Games, where they helped create the world of Fantasy Kingdoms and was the Art Director for SyFy's Monster Island on Facebook. From 2012-2013, Alicia was the Studio Director at Meta 3D Studios, where they worked with contractors and clients to develop efficient art pipelines and set art direction across various projects. In 2020, Alicia became the Art Director at Proteus Games. Additionally, Alicia founded Game Worlds in 2013 to introduce students to problem solving, software and game development tools, and skills necessary to succeed in current and future industries. Lastly, they were a Counselor/Director at GameCamp, a summer camp for students aged 10-18 that introduces them to game development as a career.
Alicia Andrew attended West Texas A&M University and Westwood College - Denver North, where they earned a Bachelor's degree.
