Pavan Vaidyanathan

Pavan Vaidyanathan is a seasoned scientist with extensive experience in biochemistry, molecular biology, and technology development. Currently serving as the Platform Technology Lead at Protillion Biosciences, Pavan focuses on high-throughput technologies for protein-based drug development. Previous roles include Staff Scientist and Senior Scientist at Clear Labs, where efforts centered on automated detection and serotyping of Salmonella, as well as a comprehensive automated Listeria test. Pavan also contributed to RNA-protein interaction research as a Basic Life Sciences Research Associate at Stanford University and as a Postdoctoral Associate at MIT, with significant achievements in translational regulation studies and the development of analysis software. Pavan's leadership experience includes presiding over the Boston chapter of the Association for India's Development and teaching molecular biology at the University of Miami. Pavan holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Miami and a B.Sc. in Zoology from Loyola College, University of Madras.
