Sophie Charles

Sophie Charles currently serves as the Head of People at Protium, starting in August 2025. Previously, Sophie held multiple positions at Stuart from July 2022 to September 2025, including Head of People Operations, Senior People Operations Manager, and People Operations Manager. Prior experience includes a role as People Manager at Nordcloud, an IBM Company, from September 2021 to June 2022, and HR Generalist for Europe at UBC from May 2020 to September 2021. Additionally, Sophie worked as an HR Advisor and HR Coordinator at RateSetter from April 2017 to February 2020, and began a career as HR and CSR Assistant at GIA (Gordon Ingram Associates) from September 2015 to April 2017. Sophie holds a degree in Environmental Biology from the University of Nottingham (2011-2014) and completed a program in Business Sustainability Management at the University of Cambridge in 2020.
