David A. Rowe

David A. Rowe serves as the People and Culture Manager and Senior Business Partner at Protiviti since April 2022, bringing extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Previously, David held the position of Global Human Resources Business Partner at ExxonMobil from July 2019 to April 2022, where responsibilities included partnering with global leadership on various personnel matters. David's earlier roles include a Summer Intern position at the University of Miami Business School, focusing on policy design and student engagement, as well as an Area Coordinator and Residence Director at the University of Florida, which included staff supervision and strategic facility management. David holds an MBA in Management and a Master of Education in Student Personnel in Higher Education from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and the University of Florida, respectively, along with a Bachelor of Science in Family, Youth, & Community Sciences from the University of Florida.
