Rachael Griffiths

Rachael Griffiths is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic account management and university recruiting. Currently serving as Chief of Staff for Global Board Governance and CEO & Alumni Programs at Protiviti since April 2020, Rachael has also held various managerial positions within the company. Prior to Protiviti, Rachael spent four years at Grant Thornton LLP, leading university recruiting strategies and managing university recruitment across multiple regions. Rachael began a career at PwC, where roles included Senior Associate and Intern, focusing on audits for diverse industries. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Connecticut School of Business and the University of Connecticut, respectively.
