Alex Soong

Alex Soong is a technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and data infrastructure. Currently serving as a Founding Engineer at Proto AI since September 2025, Alex focuses on scaling personalized medicine initiatives. Prior to this role, Alex worked as a Backend Software Engineer at Komodo Health from September 2021 to August 2025, contributing to the infrastructure and API layer for the company's query engine and subscription services. Alex's earlier experience includes a position as a Software Engineer at pymetrics (now Harver), where responsibilities involved backend development for a candidate evaluation platform, and as a Data Engineer at Moody's Analytics.
