Xiao (Tenet) Liu

Xiao (Tenet) Liu has worked in various roles since 2014. In 2014, they were a Maintenance Engineer at Precision Sintered Products. In 2015, they were a Field Service Engineer at Gigaphoton Inc. In 2018, they were a Customer Support Engineer at 应用材料公司. Most recently, in 2020, they have been a Field Service Engineer, APAC at Protochips, providing advanced-level technical support through the execution of remote diagnosis and repair; on-site installation, training, servicing and repair of Insitu electron microscopy equipment. Xiao (Tenet) also fosters positive customer relations by responding to complaints and inquires in a cooperative, supportive, and professional manner, and visits customers regularly to ensure the highest levels of customer loyalty.

Xiao Liu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Automation from Southeast University between 2010 and 2014.
