Philippe Pangestu

Philippe Pangestu currently serves as a Technical PM at Protocol Labs, where responsibility includes managing tooling development for a team handling over 90% of data onboarding into the Filecoin network. Previous experience includes roles as a Software Engineering Intern at Coinbase, focusing on end-to-end testing for a crypto platform, and as a Summer Engineering Intern at Goldmans, specializing in fixed income strategy. Philippe also completed a Quantitative Researcher Internship at Call Levels/Digital Treasury Fund, contributing to a white paper on options for foreign exchange rate insurance, and worked as a Data Engineer Intern at Vertex Venture Holdings, developing data investment tools with machine learning. Additional internships include software engineering at GO-JEK, where a sentiment analysis LSTM was implemented, and at Ice House, where a homework scheduling app was designed. Philippe holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Stanford University and attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the British School Jakarta for earlier education.
