Sven A. Wehrwein

Mr. Wehrwein has served as a director of our company since June 2011 and serves as our lead director, chair of the audit committee, and as a member of the nominating and governance committee. Mr. Wehrwein has been an independent financial consultant to emerging companies since 1999. He has more than 35 years of experience as an investment banker, chief financial officer and certified public accountant.
