Ryan Dunford has an extensive work experience in the IT field. Ryan started their career in 2001 as a System Administration Instructor and Systems Administrator for the United States Marine Corps. In 2007, they became a Curriculum Developer / Instructor for MARDET Corry Station. From 2011 to 2016, they worked as a Field Services Technician for BAE Systems. In 2016, they joined SpectrumIT, Inc. as a Tier II Technician. Currently, they are a Help Desk Team Lead, Help Desk Supervisor, and IT Onsite Support Specialist at Proton Dealership IT.

Ryan Dunford has a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Western Governors University, which they completed in 2021. From 2005 to 2001, they attended the United States Marine Corps Vocational School, and from 2001 to 1999, they attended Western Washington University for two years of college or a technical or vocational school. In 1999, they obtained a High School Diploma from Mt. Spokane - Mead High School. Additionally, they have obtained four certifications from PeopleCert and CompTIA, including ITIL Foundation Level, CompTIA Cloud Essentials, CompTIA Project+, and CompTIA A+ ce.
