Shafinaz Jamaludin currently serves as the Head of Talent Management at Proton since January 2020 and previously held the position of Head of Learning & Talent Management at DRB-HICOM Berhad from October 2014, focusing on learning and talent management strategies for the company’s group of companies. Prior experience includes roles at UEM Sunrise as Senior Manager of Organizational Development & Talent Management, where Shafinaz managed initiatives related to performance management and succession planning, and at Sunway Integrated Properties SB as Manager of Human Capital Development, overseeing recruitment and HR strategy. Earlier roles include Manager of Human Development at Sime Darby Motor Division, where Shafinaz implemented systems for employee development and recruitment, and Executive at Headway Training & Development Centre, organizing HR programs. Shafinaz holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from University Putra Malaysia.
