Michelle F. has over 15 years of experience in sales and business development. Michelle began their career in 2005 as a Sr. Specialist in Store Design at Target. During their tenure, they were responsible for providing stores with the appropriate equipment and tools to improve productivity, reduce expenses, simplify processes, and enhance the guest shopping experience. Michelle also managed $40 million in capital projects and developed a reporting tool to save $1.1 million in lost assets.
In 2011, Michelle moved to The Coca-Cola Company as the Area Sales Manager, overseeing Minnesota, Iowa, and North and South Dakota market units and achieving $75 million in annual sales. Michelle was then promoted to Senior Manager of Commercialization, where they established and monitored staff performance objectives, and spearheaded foodservice initiatives in the Midwest Region, grossing $350 million in sales. Michelle was later promoted to Director of Sales - Foodservice and Director of Commercialization, where they successfully designed and executed sales strategies on the total beverage solution spanning all retail and foodservice channels totaling $400M in annual sales.
In 2019, Michelle moved to Post Consumer Brands as the Channel Strategy and Development Lead. In this role, they served as the lead champion and expert on marketing strategies and annual business planning within Club, Drug, Dollar, Convenience, and Foodservice channels. Michelle directed and guided business development to retain and grow the portfolio, delivered against financial targets, and maximized revenue and gross margins while maintaining on track to surpass previous year’s $240M net sales.
Most recently, Michelle joined Proud Source Water as the Vice President of National Foodservice Sales and Director of Sales Strategy & Commercialization.
