Michelle Caraccia is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in behavior analysis and job development for individuals with special needs. Currently serving as a Registered Behavior Technician at Proud Moments since November 2017, Michelle also operates as a Private Job Developer, assisting young adults with special needs in securing employment since November 2014. Prior experience includes working as a Behavior Technician/Student Analyst at New York Therapy Placement Services, Inc. from March 2016 to November 2017, and holding the position of Licensed Specialist in School Psychology at North East ISD from August 2013 to May 2014. Michelle holds a Master of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Cincinnati, a Master of Arts in School Psychology from Trinity University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Dowling College.
