Naketta Wiley, MSHS, FLE is currently working at Proud Moments ABA as a Market Director and Centers Operation Manager. Naketta started in July 2023 and holds both roles concurrently. Prior to this, Naketta worked at Proud Moments ABA as a Centers Operation Manager from July 2022 to August 2023, and as a Care Coordinator from April 2022 to July 2022. Naketta also served as a Staffing Supervisor from February 2021 to April 2022, and as a Client Advocate from May 2021 to August 2021. Before joining Proud Moments ABA, Naketta worked at Bridges as a Behavioral Health Technician from September 2019 to February 2021.

Naketta Wiley, MSHS, FLE pursued their education primarily in the field of Family and Children Studies. In 2017, they enrolled at The University of New Mexico to pursue a bachelor's degree in Psychology with a focus on Family Children Studies, which they completed in 2019. Building upon their undergraduate studies, Naketta Wiley recently pursued a Master of Science in Human Service degree at Lubbock Christian University. Naketta specialized in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling during this program, which they successfully completed in 2022.
