Khouloud Aissa is an experienced sensory analyst and panel leader currently working at PROVA SAS since January 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a sensory project manager intern at NOVANDIE, where responsibilities involved training sensory panels, conducting sensory tests, competitive analysis, and researching soybean isoflavones. At Certesens, Aissa served as a panel leader intern, conducting sensory studies on materials and managing focus groups, alongside statistical analysis and results presentation. Previous experience also includes a medical biologist internship at Hôpital Ibn Jazzar. Khouloud Aissa holds a Master's degree in Sensory and Innovation from Université de Tours and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Université d'Orléans.
