Carmen Nistor

Carmen Nistor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client operations and project management across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Client Operations at Provably Fair since April 2021, Carmen manages multiple departments, implements customer experience strategies, and maintains green SLAs. Previous roles include Senior Service Desk Manager at NTT DATA Services, where Carmen exceeded operational targets and coordinated quality teams, and Service Desk Team Leader at Stefanini, managing project communication and team performance.
