Priyanka Singh

Priyanka Singh has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Priyanka began their career as an Assistant Editor at Editorial in June 2017 and held this position until January 2018. Priyanka then joined Aptara as an Associate Project Manager in October 2018 and worked there until July 2021. In this role, they managed projects related to SEC filings and served as an interface between clients and the in-house production team. Priyanka also built professional relationships with US-based clients and reported on weekly/monthly trends. Currently, Priyanka is employed at Provar Testing as an Account Coordinator since July 2021. Their responsibilities include onboarding new customers, coordinating renewals, updating Salesforce records, scheduling meetings, monitoring campaign performance, and assessing customer needs.

Priyanka Singh holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from abes ec, which they completed between 2013 and 2017. During this time, they also worked as a trainee at All India Radio from June 2016.

Priyanka is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Project Management at Bharati Vidyapeeth, expected to be completed between 2021 and 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Priyanka has obtained several certifications. These include becoming a Cisco customer success manager through Udemy in February 2023, as well as certifications in Customer Service Foundations, Customer Service: Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting, Customer Success Management Fundamentals, and Social Media Marketing: Social CRM from LinkedIn, also obtained in February 2023.
