Christina Fowler, PHR

Christina Fowler, PHR, currently serves as the Manager of Compensation and Benefits at Prove since June 2021, previously holding the position of Compensation Specialist. Christina has a diverse background in human resources, having worked as a Compensation Analyst at Las Vegas Sands Corp. from April 2016 to April 2018, and as a Human Resources Analyst at The Venetian and The Palazzo from May 2015 to April 2016. Prior to that, Christina spent nearly eight years at Actelion Pharmaceuticals in various HR roles, as well as positions at Lucasfilm Entertainment Co Ltd and Heald College. Christina also pursued a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management at Western Governors University after taking time off to travel and furthering education at Heald College, where an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Administration was earned.
