Chief Compliance Officer at Prove

Lesley O'neill is the current Chief Compliance Officer at Prove. Prior to joining Prove, Lesley served as Global Privacy Counsel and Deputy PIA Program Lead at EY from January 2018 to January 2019. In this role, they were responsible for conducting privacy impact assessments, proposing additional security controls, drafting privacy notices, and providing contract-related guidance with regards to the EU-US Privacy Shield, EU Model Clauses, and Data Processing Agreements.

Before joining EY, Lesley was an Information Security Assurance at Milbank LLP from January 2017 to December 2018. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing information security policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, and managing incident response plans.

Lesley has a deep understanding of data privacy and security issues and is well-versed in the complex web of relevant national and global privacy and data protection regulations. Lesley is a tireless advocate for Prove's clients and is committed to helping them navigate the ever-changing landscape of data privacy and security.

Lesley O'neill has a JD from New York Law School and a BFA from New York University. Lesley is certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals as a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E).

They work with Prev Venugopal - Chief People Officer, Tom Fitzsimmons - CFO, and John Whaley - SVP, Technology. Lesley O'neill reports to Rodger Desai, CEO & Founder.
