Lothar Schlüter

Lothar Schlüter has a diverse work experience that spans several companies and roles. Lothar began their career as a Callcenter-Mitarbeiter at freenet Customer Care GmbH in 2008. Lothar then transitioned to a role as a Produktspezialist HIV at ViiV Healthcare in 2016. Following that, they worked as a Senior Diagnostic Liaison Specialist at Alexion Pharma GmbH from 2017 to 2019. During this time, they developed relationships with diagnostic key opinion leaders and provided diagnostic support to internal and external stakeholders. From 2019 to 2021, they served as the Director of Clinical Science and Diagnostic at PTC Therapeutics, Inc. In this role, they developed and executed medical screening strategies for rare disease patients, facilitated implementation of diagnostic markers, and maintained scientific relationships. Currently, they are working as a Medical Science Liaison at Proveca Ltd, a position they started in 2022.

From 2006 to 2017, Lothar Schlüter pursued their education at Kiel University, where they obtained a Ph.D. degree in Biology, specializing in the field of study of general biology.
