Sarah Spitz

Sarah Spitz is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Provefrut Ecuador since February 2019, Sarah oversees all subsystems within the company's human talent management. Alongside this role, Sarah has been a Human Talent Consultant at Consultora Inpeople since October 2017 and previously held an academic position as a faculty member at Universidad Internacional SEK Ecuador from April 2018 to April 2019. Prior positions include Human Resources Manager at SIMED, where responsibilities involved managing various human talent sub-processes, and Head of Human Management at Actuaria Consultores Cía. Ltda. Sarah also served as an Organizational Structure Specialist and Head Count and Management Control specialist at Banco Pichincha from 2006 to 2014. Sarah holds a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador, a degree in Psychology from Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja, and completed a Program for Executive Development at IDE Business School in 2017.
