Luke Weston

Luke Weston is currently the COO at Proven Skincare, but they have held many other impressive positions in the past. Most notably, they were the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Function of Beauty, where they helped the company scale and grow into a major player in the hair care industry. During their time there, they tripled sales growth and sold over 2 million bottles of product. Luke also developed a new product pipeline that included several first-to-world products. In addition, they expanded the company's reach to 40 new countries and improved customer experience to achieve a 4.8-star average rating.

Luke Weston has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Harvard Business School, a Bachelor’s Degree in BCA - Bachelor of Commerce & Administration (Management) from Victoria University of Wellington, and a Bachelor’s Degree in BSc - Bachelor of Science (Psychology) from Victoria University of Wellington. Luke also has an Exchange Scholarship from the University of California, Los Angeles in Psychology & Management.
