Michelle Agudelo

Michelle Agudelo has worked in various roles in the operations field since 2016. Michelle began their career as an Operations Leadership Intern at Amazon in 2016, followed by Area Manager I and Area Manager II roles at Amazon in 2017. In 2019, they moved to Care/of as an Operations Manager, where they led and managed a team of 40+ warehouse associates and improved quality metrics on shift by 18.1% and reduced customer complaints on faulty product by 40%. In 2020, they joined New Stand as an Operations Manager and in 2021, they became a Senior Operations Manager at PROVEN Skincare.

Michelle Agudelo obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University in 2016. Michelle is also Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certified from the Management and Strategy Institute.
