Adam Heller is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Culinary Director at Dana’s and Night Train since December 2023. Previously, Adam held the position of Executive Sous Chef at Provenance Hotels and Executive Chef at The Bradley Hotel from July 2021 to March 2024. Adam has also worked as a Cook at Landing Beer Company and Utopian Cafe, as well as in various roles at Landing Beer Company, Neely House, and Allegre restaurant at Ball State University. Adam earned a Bachelor’s degree in Music from Ball State University, where education was pursued from August 2015 to May 2020.
