Oscar previously held leadership positions in the financial services industry and worked with Raymond James & Associates as first vice president of the Coral Gables, Florida, branch. He holds numerous credentials including Wealth Management Specialist (WMS); Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS); Series 7, 31, 63, 66, Life, Health, Variable Annuity and Long-Term Care licenses. He understands that each client’s financial goals are different from the next and utilizes a holistic financial planning approach to ensure every area of their plan is safe guarded when faced with potential obstacles.

Oscar is originally from Miami. He graduated from Columbia Southern University with an Associates in the Applied Science of Business Administration, Management and Operations. He earned his Certificate in Paraplanning Development at The American College and his Investment Management Consultant Certificate from Raymond James Institute of Investment Management Consulting. Oscar is bilingual and speaks fluent Spanish and English.
