Sarah Heyburn - Butler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer engagement and operational management. Currently serving as Chief Customer Officer at Lead Express since February 2015, responsibilities include developing customer strategies to enhance acquisition, retention, and profitability. In addition, Sarah holds the position of General Manager of Strategic Partnerships at Provenir since 2018. Prior to these roles, Sarah led The Lead Generation Company from 2004 to October 2014, overseeing operations and human resources while generating new business and exceeding revenue targets. Previous positions also include Head of Operations and Account Manager, where Sarah focused on client relations, campaign management, and generating high-quality sales leads.
