Currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Success & Support at Provi since May 2022, Sebastian previously held key roles such as Executive Director at Underscore Theatre Company and Senior Director of Marketplace Operations at KeyMe Locksmiths. At Reverb, Sebastian progressed through various senior positions, including Senior Director of Customer Experience and Director of Seller Engagement.
