Jade Bernard

Jade Bernard is a legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in financial services and regulatory law. Currently serving as Legal & Compliance Counsel at Providence Equity Partners since May 2023, Jade previously held the position of Associate in Financial Services Regulatory at Kirkland & Ellis from February 2022 to March 2023. Jade's tenure at the Financial Conduct Authority spanned from October 2016 to February 2022, where roles included Senior Associate Lawyer in the General Counsel's Division and Associate Lawyer in various departments. Earlier experience includes an Associate role at the Financial Conduct Authority focused on authorisations and dispute resolution at Lloyds Banking Group. Jade holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Banking and Finance Law from Queen Mary University of London and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Nottingham Law School.
