Neil Carew

Neil Carew is a vice president on the Providence Strategic Growth team and is based in our Boston office. Prior to joining Providence in 2019, Mr. Carew was a director of value creation at Vista Consulting Group, an affiliate of Vista Equity Partners, where he focused on enterprise value creation across a portfolio of software technology investments. Previously, he worked with two Vista portfolio companies driving business transformation outcomes, coordinating M&A activities and leading proven operational strategies in marketing, sales, services, support and customer success. Prior to Vista, Mr. Carew was a management consultant with PwC’s M&A advisory practice and began his career as an aeronautical engineer at Boeing. Mr. Carew earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Strategy from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
