Juna Penney

Juna Penney has extensive experience in employee benefits and contract management, currently serving as the Director of Employee Benefits for the Municipality of Anchorage since August 2015 and as a Senior Contract Manager at Providence Health and Services Alaska since August 2008. Prior to these roles, Juna worked as an Account Executive at Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alaska from 2001 to 2008. After retiring in January 2022, Juna has continued to leverage a strong educational foundation with a Bachelor's Degree in Paralegal Studies from William Woods University.
