Richard Parker M.D.

Richard Parker MD has extensive experience in hospital medicine, currently serving as a Hospitalist and Lead Hospitalist at Providence Health & Services since April 2009, overseeing a team of 26 physicians and enhancing workflow through quality improvement initiatives. Prior to this role, Richard worked at Spokane Internal Medicine and Group Health Cooperative, providing both outpatient and inpatient care. Initial career experience includes serving as Clinical Director and Staff Physician at Ft Yuma Indian Health Service Hospital. Richard's educational background includes a Doctor of Medicine degree from Loma Linda University and completed Internal Medicine residency training at the University of Washington.
