Providence House
Kelly Giegerich (Dunegan) has a background in psychology and has gained valuable experience in various roles at different organizations. At Providence House, Kelly is known for providing Adult and Pediatric First Aid, CPR, AED certification for staff and volunteers. As a Compliance and Quality Coordinator, Kelly reviewed regulations and audited processes for compliance and quality assurance. In previous roles, Kelly worked directly with children and adolescents with mental health illnesses, implemented cognitive-behavioral treatment approaches for reducing recidivism, and provided assistance in library and healthcare settings. Kelly is dedicated to training, developing manuals, and ensuring compliance with regulations in all positions.
Providence House
Providence keeps kids safe and families together, embracing them with support to enhance stability that strengthens communities. We offer free, voluntary emergency shelter and services to children from newborn through twelve years old in a loving, trauma-informed, home-like setting while our Social Work Team helps parents and guardians address their challenges through family preservation services, including case management, counseling, parent education, and connections to more than 130 community partners, to enhance stability for the future. We also provide family preservation services in the community through our Community Education and Resiliency Program.
