Brant Lang

Brant is a Regional Vice President who oversees a portfolio of Florida properties in the Tampa, Brandon, Lakeland and Orlando markets. Brant oversees the daily operations, budgeting, forecasting, and capital improvement strategies. He also works closely with Providence Management Company's asset management team on acquisitions, due diligence, and dispositions.

Brant attended the University of Central Florida and has been involved in real estate in the state of Florida for 11 years. Brant joined Providence Management Company in 2016 as a Business Manager where he was able to make an immediate impact with an aggressive renovation program and improved operations. He was promoted to District Manager in 2019 and was instrumental in several acquisition take overs, and able to assist with onboarding and training of our new associates. Brant has developed best practices for improving and streamlining operations to improve the community’s key performance indicators for revenue, expenses, and overall net operating income.
