Lisa Hatch currently serves as Vice President of Underwriting & Product Management at Providence Mutual since June 2021. Prior to this role, Lisa held several key positions at MAPFRE, including Director of Northeast CL Underwriting & Policy Processing and Senior Manager of National Commercial Lines from March 2018 to June 2021. Lisa also worked at The Hanover Insurance Group from December 2007 to March 2018, where responsibilities included Northeast Region Underwriting Director for Small Commercial, Manager of Small Commercial Field Underwriters, and Small Commercial Lines Team Lead. Earlier experience includes serving as a Commercial Lines Underwriter at Harleysville Insurance from June 2003 to December 2007. Lisa has a strong background in managing underwriting teams, developing underwriting tools, assessing market conditions, and training new professionals in the industry.
