Tom Douglass

Tom Douglass has a solid work experience in the healthcare and insurance industry. In 2005, they started their career as an Actuarial Analyst at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island, where they worked until 2010. Tom then served as an Actuarial Projects Analyst from 2010 to 2013 and later became the Manager of Program Revenue Optimization until 2018. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as the Director of Risk Revenue. In 2019, they took on the role of Lead, Strategic Projects until 2020. Currently, Tom holds the position of Director of Finance ACO at Providence Community Health Centers.

Tom Douglass attended Vanderbilt University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics and Engineering Science.
