Ian Beattie

Ian Beattie has extensive experience in information technology service delivery and business development, currently serving as the Information Technology Service Delivery Manager at Provident Financial Group since June 2019. In this role, Ian oversees IT services across various central functions, manages vendor relationships, and monitors service levels and performance metrics. Simultaneously, Ian holds the position of IT Service Delivery Lead at Vanquis Bank. Previously, Ian was the Client Services Manager at First Data Corporation, where responsibilities included vendor management and project support. Ian also spent over two decades at Yorkshire Bank in roles ranging from Business Development Manager, focusing on ATM business development and client relationship management, to Bank Manager. Ian’s career started following education at Mirfield High School.
