Jake Mitchell

Jake Mitchell is currently the Managing Director - Underwriting & Asset Management at Provident Realty Advisors. Prior to their current role, Jake worked at Barings as Associate Director and Analyst in Underwriting. Jake also has experience as a Senior Associate at Grant Thornton LLP in Corporate Finance. Jake began their career as an Analyst at Integra Realty Resources and has internship experience at World Class Capital Group. Jake holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin. Throughout their career, Jake has been responsible for underwriting real estate transactions, performing real estate valuations, and assisting in real estate auditing procedures.
