Alexandra Dugaia

Alexandra Dugaia is an experienced professional in customer experience and marketing research, currently serving as the Voice of the Customer Manager at Provident Financial Romania since October 2019, where responsibilities include coordinating customer experience strategy and implementing customer journey phases. Prior to this role, Alexandra worked at BCR for a decade, initially as a Marketing Research Specialist overseeing major market research projects to enhance client satisfaction, followed by a role as a Research Economist focused on financial trends and market insights. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Client Service Executive at Alternative Research Solutions, facilitating diverse market research projects, and as an Economist at TMF Group. Alexandra holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Business Communication and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Market Research from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
