Marius Ciurariu

Marius Ciurariu is an accomplished Human Resource Director and Head of Learning and Development at Provident Financial Romania since August 2012, leading a team of 15 with a focus on leadership and sales culture development. Previous experience includes serving as the Group Learning and Development Manager for International Personal Finance from October 2008 to August 2012, overseeing LD initiatives across seven markets, and as a Training Team Leader and Specialist at Provident Financial between June 2006 and October 2008.
