We are seeking a dedicated solution architect. The ideal candidate will be skilled at identifying pain points and designing or modifying technical solutions to solve company objectives. The solution architect will be deeply involved in client implementations and work across all business units, regularly interacting with stakeholders and subject matter experts.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design data integration solutions based on business, client, and vendor partner requirements during  pre-implementation and/or into the client implementation phase.
  • Producing client data workflow documentation. Solutions will be a combination of preexisting functionality and new functionality.
  • Oversee the implementation of enterprise solutions to ensure consistency between the promised and delivered products.
  • Coordinate with the product manager to prioritize new features based on the requirements  uncovered in client scoping and implementation conversations to align with on-time delivery.
  • Ensure comprehensive client requirements are documented to support product enhancement requests and technical data integration documentation.
  • Streamline workflows by implementing inventive technical solutions.

Suggested Skills and Experience 

  • Experience in client  consulting, solution architecture, product management,  and/or implementation engineering
  • Technical understanding combined with client communication skill
  • Experience supporting and developing APIs
  • Data Architecture
  • Workflow design
  • Agile development
  • Product roadmap construction
  • Client engagement
  • Nice to have - knowledge of how health plans work
  • Experience with AP integrations, ie Workday, Lawson, Oracle a plus
  • Familiarity with coding languages, operating systems, and databases
  • Understanding of process optimization and deployment
  • Experience working with various infrastructure platforms
