Kennet Méndez

Mr. Méndez has multiple years of industry-agnostic investment banking experience executing multinational M&A, restructuring, and capital-raising transactions throughout the Latin American & Caribbean markets. With respect to his M&A capabilities, he has helped advise shareholders and boards of directors of corporations with interests in the emerging markets of the Americas regarding cross-border situations. He also has experience advising borrowers and creditors in Latin America, having advised on complex transactions involving counterparties ranging from global asset managers to sovereign borrowers. Mr. Méndez also specializes in providing decision-makers with impartial advice related to raising capital under optimal terms and conditions with nuance to the various private capital environments found in Latin America.

Prior to joining Province, Mr. Méndez worked at BroadSpan Capital as an investment banking senior analyst where he helped lead the execution efforts of several middle-market transactions across 20+ jurisdictions and 10+ industry verticals throughout the Caribbean, Central American, and South American markets. Before joining BroadSpan Capital, he worked for Santander Private Banking International where he was a rotational analyst in their portfolio management and financial reporting departments.
