Anders Westby

Anders Westby has a strong background in workforce management and project implementation. Anders started their career as a Workforce Analyst at Provincial Health Services Authority in September 2010 and later became a Specialist on the Workforce Central team. In this role, they collaborated with multiple internal departments and external Health Authorities to integrate new staff into PHSA. After that, Anders worked as a Project Lead, where they managed data analysis, change management, training, communications, and user acceptance testing for a pilot project. In November 2016, they were promoted to Manager and led a team responsible for supporting a web-based Workforce Management application. Currently, Anders holds the position of Senior Corporate Director at Provincial Health Services Authority. Prior to their career at PHSA, they worked as an Intramural Hockey Official at the University of Victoria, where they managed game schedules and coordinated officials.

Anders Westby completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management of Technology at the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from the University of Victoria between 2004 and 2009. Anders also holds a Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance, although the specific month and year of attainment are not provided.
