Eric Koo has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Eric started their career in 1999 as a Technical Support Analyst at ACCPAC, where they provided technical support and evaluated new service offerings. Eric then moved on to become an IS Technician, responsible for network infrastructure and mission-critical systems. During their time at ACCPAC, Eric successfully deployed multiple versions of ACCPAC and implemented third-party software in the hosting environment.
In 2004, Eric joined Sage as a Product Support Specialist, where they provided support for hosted services. Eric later became a Customer Support Supervisor before ultimately becoming a Product Manager in 2008. At Sage, they gained experience in product management and customer support.
