Hiba Al-Qishawi is an experienced professional in recruitment and talent development, currently serving as the Lead of Business and Talent Development at the Provincial Health Services Authority since September 2016. Prior to this role, Hiba worked as a Talent Acquisition Representative and held positions as a Recruitment Specialist at Intact from July 2013 to June 2016 and at Eastlink from 2006 to 2013.
