Karen Jung

Karen Jung has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Project Lead at the Provincial Health Services Authority since November 2009. Over the years, Karen has held multiple roles within the organization, including Human Resources Consultant/Business Partner and various positions related to the Cloud ERP Project, where responsibilities included providing HR service expertise and consulting on core HR functions. Prior experience includes supporting the displacement process, interpreting collective agreements, and developing performance management programs. Earlier roles include positions at BCLC as an Operational Support Analyst and Computer Operator, alongside a focus on employee wellness and safety at the Provincial Health Services Authority from 2005 to 2009. Karen holds an education from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
