Kathryn Embacher, RN, CPHR, MSc, currently serves as the Provincial Executive Director of Adult Mental Health and Substance Use Services at the Provincial Health Services Authority, a role held since September 2017. With extensive experience in mental health and addictions, Kathryn has previously held positions such as Senior Director of Patient Care Services and Program Director at the Burnaby Centre for Mental Health and Addiction. Prior to this, experience at Vancouver Coastal Health included roles as Patient Services Manager and Clinic Nurse. Kathryn's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management and a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University, along with a Bachelor of Arts from Thompson Rivers University and a Diploma of Nursing from Langara College.
