Richart Joling

Richart Joling is currently serving as Voorzitter van de tijdelijke Ondernemingsraad at the Ministerie van Justitie en Veiligheid - Dienst Identificatie en Screening Asielzoekers since March 2025, providing representation within the organization. Joling also holds the position of Rijksambtenaar, focusing on the processing and development of asylum-related tasks, including the identification and registration of foreign nationals. Additionally, since December 2019, Joling has been the Commissie Voorzitter van Provinciale Staten van Groningen and a member of the Provincial States, engaging in infrastructure, energy, and international relations. Richart Joling has a robust background in various organizational roles within PvdA, including former Chair of Stichting Ons Pand PvdA and Treasurer of PvdA Westerwolde. Joling's educational credentials include a Bachelor in Theology and Religious Studies from the University of Groningen and various other degrees focused on theology, educational methodologies, and energy transition.
